The Lakeside Village VFD Ladies Auxiliary will hold a breakfast and bake sale on Saturday, March 16, from 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the Lakeside Village Fire Hall located at 136 CR 1275 in Lakeside Village.

The menu will consist of scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, orange juice, and/or coffee.

“The cost of the meal is by donation only,” Auxiliary President Sherri Smith said. “We hope our guests will find the meal worth a nice donation to support our VFD.”

The bake sale will offer home-made goodies from the Auxiliary Ladies, such as cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and other delicious goodies.

“As with all of our fundraisers, what the Ladies Auxiliary makes is used to support our VFD and keep the Fire Hall/Community Center open and operating” Smith stated.

The auxiliary is the fundraising arm of Lakeside Village VFD, and is responsible for all utilities, building maintenance and repair, insurance for our volunteers, fire trucks and equipment and other expenses incurred in the operation of the VFD and community center building.

“We are so grateful for the support we get from the community our VFD serves, from Lakeside Village thru The Canyons, and hope people enjoy the monthly events we hold while helping to support our Fire Department,” Smith added.
