    The Bosque Chorale will present “The Impossible Dream” as the group’s annual spring concert on Thursday, April 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Frazier Performance Hall of the Bosque Arts Center. The concert will include a small orchestra and feature 10 classic songs sure to bring back fond memories for the audience. Tickets are available for $20 and may be purchased online, in person, or by phone.

    The concert is being directed by longtime Chorale maestro David Anavitarte. This will be Anavitarte’s twentieth outing as director for the group. The approximate 30 vocalists will be accompanied by a pianist, drums, guitar and bass. Selections include “This is It,” “Favorites From the Rat Pack,” “John Denver In Concert,” “I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing,” “The Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Desperado,” and “The Impossible Dream,” among others.

    A reception will be held immediately following the concert in the second floor gallery. Tickets may be purchased online at bosqueartscenter.org or by contacting the BAC at (254) 675-3724. Please follow the Bosque Civic Music Association Facebook page for the latest details.
