Texas officials: Report severe weather damage
Texas officials: Report severe weather damage News Staff Wed, 05/03/2023 - 05:26 Image Body With severe storms causing damage across Texas last week, the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) urges all impacted Texans to report property damage using the Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool (iSTAT) damage survey. The iSTAT survey can be filled out in English and Spanish online at damage. tdem.texas.gov, by clicking “Severe Weather April 26th – Ongoing.” The iSTAT survey results can determine if the state meets federal requirements for disaster assistance, as well as identify any resource needs. Texans can visit texasready.gov for severe weather safety information. Texans are encouraged to stay prepared and informed, monitor local weather reports, and heed warnings from local officials.
