(KNSI) – In a wide-ranging agenda Monday night, the St. Cloud City Council addressed the future of the Stearns County Justice Center and St. Cloud State University. It moved debate over a resolution on the site of the new jail until a future meeting. Member George Hontos says he believes that choosing a greenspace in another part of the city or on nearby township land that would need to be annexed into St. Cloud would be detrimental to the city as a whole.
