EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP — When Chris Wilson came up to a car on fire from a four-car accident on the Black Horse Pike Friday night, he knew he had to help. Wilson, 46, of Vineland was headed to Rainbow Sushi in Ventnor with a friend when he noticed a silver Nissan Sentra about 70 yards away from his car.
