Super Radiator Coils topping out ceremony held in Mesa

Brinkmann Constructors, a national general contractor, in partnership with Scannell Properties, recently celebrated the topping out of a 150,000-square-foot ground-up design/build industrial facility for Super Radiator Coils in Mesa.

The operation at 8743 E. Warner Road will serve as a western U.S. production hub for the company whose work includes industrial heat exchangers, coils and nuclear products.

Constructed of concrete tilt-up panels, the building will include more than 45,000 square feet of Class A office space, 130,000 square feet of fully conditioned manufacturing floor space, gantry crane systems and clean room areas that support advanced manufacturing, according to a release.

Established in 1928, the family-owned engineering and manufacturing company is based in Chaska, Minnesota, and has additional locations in Richmond and Phoenix, the release states.

In collaboration with Ware Malcomb, the project architect, the new industrial facility is slated for completion in fall 2024.
