Mesa resident's business, Next Level Growth, adds 3 business coaches

Next Level Growth, a Phoenix-based business founded by Mesa resident and author Michael Erath, recently hired three new business coaches.

The company is comprised of experienced entrepreneurs turned business guides who are helping other entrepreneurs build elite organizations, according to a release.

Chad Nikkel, who joined Next Level Growth in January, has a track record of founding and scaling 11 businesses – including seven acquisitions and four high-value exits, it states.

Ben Goddard, who joined Next Level Growth in March, is also an accomplished entrepreneur and mentor with decades of experience. As the founder of BPG Designs, the company grew significantly from a team of fewer than 10 people to more than 230 professionals, according to the release.

Jim Small joined the team in June 2024. He has founded several companies in the U.S. and internationally, including Parker Finch Management, HOAM (High-Rise Owners Association Management), Dyme Group and SANTE Realty Investments, it states.

“Nikkel, Goddard and Small are all outstanding additions to the team and bring the type of real-world experience that will help our clientele thrive in their respective industries,” Erath said in the release.
