    Mesa pools open for the summer

    City of Mesa Pools opened for the summer in May.

    The list of public pools is as follows:

    • Brimhall Aquatic Complex, 5035 E. Southern Ave.;
    • Carson Aquatic Complex, 605 N. Westwood St.;
    • Fremont Aquatic Complex, 1101 N. Power Road.;
    • Kino Aquatic Center, 848 N. Horne;
    • Mesa Aquatic Complex, 1630 E. Southern Ave.;
    • Rhodes Aquatic Complex (FlowRider), 1860 S. Longmore
    • Shepherd Aquatic Complex, 1511 N. Alta Mesa Drive;
    • Skyline Aquatic Center, 845 S. Crismon Road;
    • Stapley Aquatic Complex, 3250 E. Hermosa Vista

    "All pools will be open daily through July 20. Mesa, Stapley, and Brimhall will be open daily until July 27. Skyline and Rhodes will stay open each day until July 28 and on weekends through Labor Day, Sept. 2. Skyline and Rhodes will be open on Labor Day from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m," the press release said.

    City officials said a dmission is $2 for youth 17 and under, $4 for adults and $2 for seniors 55 and older. FlowRider rates are $10 for youth and $14 for adults for a one-hour ride while the fence is in. Rates are $12 and $20, respectively, without the fence. No fence Flow sessions will take place Saturday mornings, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., beginning May 27."

    Residents can purchase pool passes at a discount from now until May 24 at Membership search | City of Mesa - Recreation Registration (activecommunities.com) .
