As you are most likely aware, I own and operate Mason County Press and Oceana County Press (Media Group 31, LLC), which I began in 2012. These online news services are available for free to our readers thanks to the generous support of advertisers. However, advertising sales are difficult. Over the past several years, the marketing business has become much more competitive with businesses also reducing their marketing budgets.
