Rutland Tractor Driver Charged With Reckless Homicide
A motorcyclist's death is being pinned squarely on an alleged reckless and impaired tractor driver from Rutland. Thirty-six-year-old Matthew Reynolds was charged Friday in DeKalb County Court with felony charges of reckless homicide and aggravated DUI in a crash involving death. He initially only faced a ticket for disobeying a stop sign for his role in a fatal crash back on October 1st near Shabbona.
