PODCAST TO FOCUS ON NIQUI McCOWN
(Richmond, IN)--A new podcast is being released about Niqui McCown – the Richmond bride-to-be who has not been seen for 23 years. It’s being produced by WKEF-TV and takes an in-depth look at the case from its beginning to where it stands today. It’s called “Missing: Niqui McCown” and it debuts Monday, July 22nd on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Monday will be the 23-year mark since her disappearance.

After a few close calls, Rodenfels took home gold Saturday morning in downtown Canton. She won the fourth annual USA Track & Field event in 18:03.

Hernandez Signs With Softball Program
OXFORD, Ohio – After a stellar two-year stint at Phoenix College, Danitza Hernandez has signed on to play for the Miami softball team in 2025. Hernandez comes to southwest Ohio after compiling a .427 career batting average, to go along with 45 home runs and 159 RBI in 115 games with the Bears. This past season she hit .432 with 17 home runs and 63 RBI en route to earning NJCAA Division II Second-Team All-American accolades. Frank William Thompson, age 84, sadly passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024. Born December 20, 1939, in New Carlisle, Ohio, he was the son of William and Mary (Eidemiller) Thompson. Frank married Jean Leising on September 2, 1995 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Batesville, IN. He graduated from Troy High School in 1957 and attended The Ohio State University where he was active in the Marching Band and later the Alumni Marching Band.
