(Richmond, IN)--A large group of motorcycle riders will be coming into Richmond Tuesday afternoon and stopping at the Richmond Police Department for a couple of hours. It’s part of an event call the Beyond the Call of Duty Celebration. Here’s Council member Jerry Purcell talking about what could potentially lie ahead: "There is the opportunity for us - and I know how everyone feels about new taxes - but to approve a public safety tax."
