$100,000 Lottery Ticket Sold In Methuen

It was a very lucky day for one Bay Stater when they picked up a $100,000 lottery ticket on the border with New Hampshire.

The six-figure ticket was won playing the $30 " $15,000,000 Money Maker " scratch-off game. There is one $15 million, one $1 million, and 22 $100,000 tickets in the game that haven't been found.

The $100,000 win was the biggest jackpot collected on Wednesday, Aug. 1.

The winning ticket was bought at Ted's Stateline Mobil at 551 Broadway in Methuen. The store will get a $1,000 bonus for the sale.

The winner was among the people who collected $600 or more in the state lottery. Click here to see a list of the winners.
