Miami Township police officer recognized for on-duty act of kindness
A Miami Township police officer is being recognized for a recent act of kindness he performed on the job. Overnight on June 15, Cpl. Hunter Willoughby received a frantic phone call from a postpartum mother who said she was unable to feed her 1-week-old infant, the police department announced in a Tuesday social media post. The new mom had reportedly told dispatchers her milk dried up and she could not obtain formula at that time of night.
