Miami-Dade Sisters’ Bathroom Brawl Ends with Stabbing

Miami-Dade, FL - A domestic dispute over bathroom usage turned violent leaving one sister hospitalized and the other facing aggravated child abuse charges.

According to a police report, an argument erupted between two sisters over bathroom usage around 2:30 pm.

The disagreement escalated into a physical altercation that moved through the house, with the victim grabbing a knife for self-defense.

However, the report alleges 20-year-old Cynthia Pierre overpowered her sister, taking the knife and stabbing her in the neck and arms.

The injured sister managed to escape and call for help.

She was transported to HCA Florida Aventura Hospital for treatment, while Pierre was arrested and denied the accusations during questioning.

While the victim's age remains undisclosed, Pierre is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $7,500 bond.
