With more than 240 locations across the United States, Insomnia Cookies is one of the country’s favorite late-night indulgences. Created by a group of college students, the brand looks to be preparing to offer its cookies and other sweets to students at Florida International University : a recently submitted plan review shows an Insomnia Cookies location opening at 795 SW 110 th Ave, SPC 4 .

Current cookies available at the brand’s Miami Beach location include classics like Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate Mint, and Peanut Butter, and Deluxe Cookies like Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, S’mores, and Ghirardelli Chocolate Lave Cake Filled. The cookie brand also serves up ice cream, whether in a cup or on top of a Classic or Deluxe Cookies or brownie.

If you’ve got a more serious sweet tooth, you’ll also be tempted by Insomnia’s Wiches: ice cream sandwiched between two cookies (and yes, you can choose two different cookies).

Opening on 110 th Avenue , the new Insomnia Cookies would join a community of fast and fast-casual concepts on either side of Southwest Eighth Street , including 109 Burger Joint , The Green Chicken , and Chick-fil-A .

What Now reached out to Insomnia Cookies SVP of operations Dallas Warble on Friday regarding plans for a FIU location. Warble was not immediately available for comment.
