CVI.CHE 105 South Beach to Reopen After Renovations

Described by Miami Food Critics as offering “ a next level combination of flavors, sensations, and ambiances that is unique to Miami and defies all expectations ,” CVI.CHE 105 has expanded to a handful of locations in Downtown Miami , Aventura Mall , Dadeland Mall , and Coral Gables . The chain’s fifth restaurant, located at 1245 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach , is currently undergoing renovations.

Rumors abound, but no official word is out about what the renovations consist of, or when the restaurant can be expected to reopen. A plan review for work on the location was submitted recently by Hoyos & Associates Investments, LLC .

“After almost 10 years of non stop work, our #miamibeach location is going through renovations are part of our brand revolution,” says a post on the brand’s Instagram page.

CVI.CHE 105 is the product of Peruvian chef Juan Chipoco ’s culinary imagination. “Born and raised in Lima,” says a description of the celebrity chef on the CVI.CHE 105 website , “chef Juan Chipoco has marked an influence in South Florida’s Hispanic community not only for his distinguished cuisine but also for his motivating story that continues to inspire many people who follow his steps. With Peru always in his heart, chef Juan Chipoco continues to lead Miami’s gastronomic revolution with new culinary additions throughout South Florida and the U.S.”

What Now reached out on Thursday to CVI.CHE 105 Director of Operations Lilyan Lam to inquire about the progress of renovations and the restaurant’s plans for reopening. Lam was not immediately available.
