    πŸ₯‡ The wait is finally over: The Paris Olympics begin tomorrow, and we've rounded up a few of the best watch parties around town to celebrate the occasion.

    • We've also included a few other events to check out when your sport of choice isn't on.

    πŸ“Ί Miami's Public Library North Shore Branch is hosting an Opening Ceremony watch party that's kid friendly.

    • Friday, 1-5:30pm. Free.

    😲 Catch the Opening Ceremony on the big screen at an IMAX .

    • The theaters β€” AMC Aventura, Regal South Beach, AMC Sunset Place and EVO Entertainment Homestead β€” are participating.
    • Tickets start at $20.24. Show begins at 1:30pm.

    🍻 Arlo Wynwood is hosting an Opening Ceremony watch party at its lobby bar, plus viewing opportunities throughout the Olympics.

    🍱 Smorgasburg Miami is back with an Asian Street Food Market , hosted with Miami K-Pop night .

    • Saturday and Sunday, 2-7pm. Free.

    πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ͺ Celebrate Peruvian Independence Day at PIER 5 with live performances from Pepe Alva and Cristian Silva, specialty drinks and food.

    πŸ–ΌοΈ Fort Lauderdale residents: Close out the weekend at the NSU Art Museum with Fort Lauderdale Neighbor Day .
