Miami Beach has no shortage of public parks. In fact, the city boasts over 40 parks and facilities in its seven mile stretch. Each park has its own special something that makes it great, but here are just a few standout examples:

    Allison Park

Allison Park offers a wide variety of activities including access to the beach, a fitness area, a playground with ADA accessible play equipment and even a Bark Park.

    Flamingo Park

Flamingo Park has 36.5 acres of action including a playground with a freestanding rock wall, an 8-lane lap swimming pool, a water playground, plus sports facilities such as a soccer field, tennis courts and even a baseball stadium.

    Lummus Park

Quite possibly the most famous of the Miami Beach parks, Lummus Park has been seen on TV and film for decades. The park includes paved walking and biking paths, beach access, plus its famous Muscle Beach South Beach. The park even regularly hosts special events every year ranging from marathons to concerts and much more.

    Scott Rakow Youth Center

Within the Scott Rakow Youth Center is the Barbara Medina Ice Rink. Offering programs that include figure skating, ice hockey, open sessions and private lessons, the ice rink brings winter fun to any season.

    North Beach Oceanside Park

This park, bordered by picturesque sand dunes, offers a quaint beach town vibe, and amenities like shaded picnic tables and grills, three pavilions, self-powered workout equipment and pet-friendly play areas.

    Polo Park & Tennis Courts

This Mid Beach park has it all. Here you’ll find a playground for the kids, outdoor public tennis and pickleball courts, an outdoor fitness station, basketball courts, a softball field, an open field area and a beautiful walking path.
