New reports are claiming real estate agent and former police officer Josh Hall is trying to prevent his estranged wife, HGTV star and real estate mogul Christina Hall, from selling her Tennessee home that he is living in.

According to documents filed on Oct. 9 obtained by People, Josh is requesting the court “prevent or postpone the sale of the (Leiper’s Fork) property” solely owned by Christina.

The documents further state that Josh has an “appreciation interest” in the home due to the mortgage payments made while they were married.

Josh has been living in the house since the former couple separated in July. Christina has agreed to allow him to live there so long as it wasn’t rented out.

He further says in the documents that if Christina does sell the home his “living expenses will undoubtedly increase.”

In Christina’s response to Josh’s filing, she states that she gave Josh “proper and timely notice” regarding selling the home, People reports. She further said that Josh only uses the home as a “vacation property” and lives with his mother when he’s not there.

On Oct. 4, Christina revealed that she is selling the Tennessee home.

Shortly after sharing the Zillow listing on her Instagram story , Christina shared a cryptic message, seemingly aimed at Josh.

“I guess ‘Leipers Fork’ is gonna have to come off the bio soon,” Christina shared in a statement. “Time to go back to reality.”

“Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed.”

“And yes, this is ‘stealing’ from me and my family,” Christina continued in a lengthy statement on Oct. 4. “Asking for an obscene amount of (money) from me for a short term marriage is factual.”

“Stealing my rental income for two of my sole and separate homes is factual (booking a cleaner does not make you a property manager) I have one, who gets a (percent) for her actual work of being a property manager,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.

“Also your ‘rep’ is literally always off on their statements, trying to make you look all innocent in this. Ok, you ‘buying’ Bentleys is funny. A (minimum) down payment on one car isn’t buying (expletive).”

“Pretty sure l’ve made all the payments on all the cars. (And on everything) and everyone knows this anyways,” Christina added before saying that she won’t stop using her page to share her truth.

“Everything I’ve said is 100 accurate and I haven’t even scratched the surface of your character,” she shared. “Defamation is ‘false claims’. You damaged your own reputation sweetie.”

Christina concluded her statement saying, “my autobiography is in the works and is gonna be a real page turner.”

Both Christina and Josh filed for divorce in July citing irreconcilable differences. Josh asked for spousal support.

In court documents shared in September by Page Six, Christina and Josh have temporarily divided up their real estate assets.

The documents revealed that Christina will be taking possession for their Newport Beach, California properties while Josh will be allowed to use their residence in Tennessee.

However, Josh is under strict orders prohibiting him from renting out the home to anyone.

Additionally, Christina received exclusive control over their Eve luxury condominiums, Us Weekly reports.

The documents also state that Josh is to pay back the $35,000 he transferred to his personal bank account after they separated in July. Josh said the money was used to pay bills on their rental properties.

It was also revealed that Christina has agreed to give Josh a $100,000 advance, which is to be used for bills and attorney fees.
