As HGTV star Christina Hall looks forward to the start of her new chapter, she’s going back to her roots.

On Oct. 15, she announced that the newest season of her show “Christina In the Country” is set to debut Nov. 12.

And she’ll be going by her original moniker Christina Haack after separating from her third husband, Josh Hall, in July.

“Christina Haack is coming back,” HGTV wrote in a joint Instagram post, “and she’s bringing her chickens with her!”

“The SoCal-based designer/real estate expert returns with a new season of ‘Christina In The Country’ next month—see her deliver more dream homes in the Nashville area and make memories with her kids on their family farm.”

Despite the newest season of the show airing in less than a month, Haack revealed on Instagram that she is selling her Tennessee home, the home her estranged husband, Josh Hall, has been living in since they separated in July.

However, several days after her announcement, documents obtained by People revealed that Hall is requesting the court “prevent or postpone the sale of the property” solely owned by Haack.

The Oct. 9 documents further state that Hall has an “appreciation interest” in the home due to the mortgage payments made “during their marriage.”

Hall has reportedly been living in the house since the former couple separated. Haack originally agreed to allow him to live there so long as he doesn’t rent it out, People reported.

He further said in the documents that if Haack does sell the home, his “living expenses will undoubtedly increase.”

In Haack’s response to Hall’s filing, she said she gave him “proper and timely notice” regarding her decision to sell the home, People reported.

She said Hall only uses the home as a “vacation property” and lives with his mother when he’s not there, according to the outlet.

On Aug. 26, Haack shared another video on her Instagram stories that showed her permanently erasing any reminder of her marriage by removing the tattoo on her wedding ring finger.

It’s unclear how the new season of the show will incorporate Hall, considering the former couple was still married when it was filmed.

They were also involved in a new show called “The Flip Off,” which also included Christina’s first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather El Moussa.

In an earlier interview with E! News, Tarek and Heather confirmed the show will go on despite Hall and Haack’s divorce. Now, the show will feature Tarek and Heather against Haack.
