BLUE ASH, Ohio (WKRC) - A Blue Ash police officer is mourning the loss of his retired K9 partner. Yaro worked with handler Dane Billingsley when he was with the Cincinnati Police Department. He specialized in detecting drugs and tracking people. He died on July 25.

Pastor Ellington was born in Birmingham, Alabama on October 26, 1952. He was the second eldest of four children, born to the late Deacon James and Levonia Ellington.
