A 53-year-old man named Frank Tyson died after being taken to the ground by police. He told them he couldn't breathe, but the officers reportedly ignored him for 5 minutes. One officer even bragged about a "bar fight" while Tyson was motionless on the ground. It wasn't until another officer checked on him that they realized he didn't have a pulse.
