DERBY – The city’s human resources director is suing Derby because elected officials reduced her annual salary by more than $19,000, according to court documents. Change-of-Command for USS Delaware
A change-of-command ceremony was held last week for the USS Delaware pierside at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut. Commander Robert Low turned over command of the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine to Commander Jason Patton, who has served previously on four other submarines.
