The ribbon was cut, and the Manchester Bridge is now open. At this morning’s ceremony, Dr. Monica Taylor, Chair of Delaware County Council, expressed gratitude for the swift construction, which finished seven months ahead of the scheduled completion in March 2025. The $2.25 million project was primarily funded by PennDOT, covering 80% of the costs.
