DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA. (WHP) — Swatara Township Police have arrested one man after a shooting at a billiards club that started over a deal to transport stolen vehicles. Isauly Deleon, 25, was arrested on July 10 following a shooting at Club Med Billiards on 101 South 38 Street that sent one victim to the hospital with bullet wounds in his right foot.
