A lawsuit was filed against Hershey, Walgreens, and others in the case of Harris Wolobah, a Massachusetts teen who died after participating in the "One Chip Challenge" on social media. Harris, a 10th grader from Worcester, died last September after eating a Paqui chip containing a high concentration of capsaicin. The autopsy indicated that Harris suffered cardiopulmonary arrest due to ingesting the spicy chip, compounded by a congenital heart defect. The family's attorney claims the defendants created a "perfect storm" leading to Harris's death by producing and selling the dangerous chip and promoting the challenge online.
