Excessive heat warning with thunderstorms before relief arrives this week
The hottest weather moves in today. Highs will be in the middle to upper 90s with the heat index between 105 and 110 degrees. This is dangerous heat! The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning due to the very high heat index that's expected. Have a means to keep cool and make sure you're hydrated with water if you're going to be outside for an extended period of time. Both today and tomorrow will also offer up the chance for some isolated thunderstorms.

The much-anticipated auction of the Colonial Park Mall will not take place today as previously scheduled. The mall, located at 4600 Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township, was scheduled to be up for auction on the commercial real estate website, Ten-X.
