Fans say Jelly Roll has officially "top[ped] everything good he has done " after the beloved country crooner paused his set at the Tailgate N' Tallboys music festival at the Midland County Fairgrounds in Michigan on Saturday, July 27, because he noticed one of his audience members may've needed a little help.

In a clip of the moment uploaded to TikTok, the 39-year-old singer told his band, "Give me something pretty," before turning to address the crowd. As he approached the edge of the stage, he seemed to take note of one fan in particular, sharing that "there is a young lady right here in the front of the crowd..."

Before he could vocalize what caught his attention, he called one of his camera operators over to help him out. "I've seen a lot of crazy s--t at my shows," he continued, but it sounds like the young woman standing near the front of the stage with an IV pole may take the cake.

According to the uploader, the woman is currently battling Stage 4 cancer, though the performer said that she was a cancer survivor while speaking with her across the rows of other attendees.

"Let's get her a chair somewhere," the singer said, addressing his crew. "Somebody on my team, let's get her somewhere comfortable to watch the rest of the show; we'll get you off your feet baby, okay?"

Fans were touched by Jelly Roll's thoughtfulness, with one calling him "the epitome of HUMBLE AND KIND!💙🥰," someone else declaring him "the kind of people that deserve all the good they have," and another calling for society to "protect this man at all costs."

"The world needs more of him," they added.

"I swear this man tops everything good he has done," a fourth fan wrote, encouraging him to "keep it up beast stay humble."

"this is famous done right," another declared.

One cancer survivor also shared their love for the moment and support for the patient, writing, "She had to be so weak but she’s there. I couldn’t have done it when I was in treatment 💝."

The sweet moment is reminiscent of many from Taylor Swift of late, who has become known to interrupt herself on tour to ensure her fans receive help when needed .
