One Charge Set Aside, Another Set For An October Court Date Against Henley Middle School Principal
GLEN ALLEN,VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Henrico County prosecutors are setting aside one charge against Henley Middle School Principal Laruth Ensley while a judge has set an October court date on another. A Henrico Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court judge has accepted the prosecution’s “nolle pross” of the Class 4 felony charge of abusing a child resulting in serious injury. However, an October 7th court date was set on a Class 1 misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.
