The 155-page environmental assessment (EA) document for the ambitious Trails at Mena project has just been published, and consequently, the 30-day comment period is now open. After reviewing the high-level document details, it appears that the proposed action from the US Forest Service (USFS) is essentially identical to the plan I reported on back in May.
