    Taylen Green, Jordan Waters headline top transfer performances from Thursday

    With more than 20 games on Thursday night there were several 2023/2024 transfers who shined during their first game with their new school. Here are some of the top performances:

    QB Taylen Green, Arkansas (Boise State)

    Green was very productive during his limited time on the field during a 70-0 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff. He completed 16 of 23 passes for 229 yards and two touchdowns while also rushing for 88 yards and two touchdowns on six carries.

    QB Grayson McCall, NC State (Coastal Carolina)

    McCall completed 26 of 40 passes for 318 yards, three touchdowns and one interception during a 38-21 victory over Western Carolina.

    QB Joe Labas, Central Michigan (Iowa)

    Labas completed 18 of 24 passes for 342 yards and three touchdowns during a 66-10 victory over Central Connecticut State.

    QB Emmett Brown, San Jose State (Washington State)

    In his first game as a starter, the preferred walk-on impressed while completing 20 of 34 passes for 298 yards, three touchdowns and one interception during a 42-24 victory over Sacramento State.

    QB Hank Bachmeier, Wake Forest (Louisiana Tech)

    Bachmeier completed 18 of 28 passes for 263 yards and three touchdowns during a 45-13 victory over North Carolina A&T.

    QB Athan Kaliakmanis, Rutgers (Minnesota)

    Kaliakmanis completed 15 of 24 passes for 147 yards and three touchdowns during a 44-7 victory over Howard. He also rushed for 43 yards on six carries.

    RB Ja’Quinden Jackson, Arkansas (Utah)

    While he only had eight carries during a 70-0 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Jackson rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns. He also had two receptions for 20 yards.

    RB Jordan Waters, NC State (Duke)

    Waters rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries during a 38-21 victory over Western Carolina. He also had one receptions for 10 yards.

    WR Solomon Davis, Central Michigan (Valparaiso)

    In his first FBS game, Davis finished with four receptions for 109 yards and two touchdowns during a 66-10 victory over Central Connecticut State.

    TE Justin Joly, NC State (UConn)

    Joly finished with five receptions for 75 yards during a 38-21 victory over Western Carolina.

    DB Jakeen Harris, North Carolina (NC State)

    After a transfer to rival UNC, Harris finished with a team leading 10 tackles during a 19-17 victory at Minnesota.

    DB Toriano Pride Jr., Missouri (Clemson)

    Pride returned an interception 25 yards for a touchdown during a 51-0 victory over Murray State.

    LB Shaun Dolac, Buffalo (Utah State)

    Dolac, who transferred to Utah State for one semester before returning to Buffalo, had a team-leading 11 tackles, two tackles for loss and one interception during a 30-13 victory over Lafayette.

    LB Zach Marcheselli, Tulsa (TCU)

    During a 62-28 victory over Northwestern State, Marcheselli finished with five tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss.
