There are playmakers with immense talent all throughout the state of Tennessee, but some have stuck out more than others. Here I introduce the most outstanding players so far this season.

    1. QB Kaedyn Marable, BGA (Franklin, TN)

The Junior has been on a tear all season for the Wildcats. The dual threat has shown off his skills throughout every phase. On the season he has thrown for almost 1,500 yards, which leads the state and 14 touchdowns along with six more on the ground. Mind you, half of those touchdown passes came in one game. If he keeps this up, he’ll be a hot name on the recruiting trail.

    2. RB Jayden Milton, West Carroll (Atwood, TN)

In the very small town of Atwood, Jayden Milton is currently the big man on campus as of now. He leads the entire state in rushing with 1,258 yards, which is also good for seventh nationally along with 17 touchdowns in only four games played. Those 17 total touchdowns also lead the state. He is averaging a staggering 315 yards per game.

    3. WR Grayson Scragg, DCA (Nashville, TN)

Grayson Scragg has been the go-to guy this season for Donelson Christian Academy, and for good reason. Through five games he is averaging over 110 plus yards per game with a total of eight touchdowns so far. He is on pace for close to 20 touchdown receptions, which is remarkable.

    4. DT Martavion Pritcher, Mitchell (Memphis, TN)

The "big boy" out of Memphis has been a menace all season for opposing quarterbacks—and offenses in general. Playing defensive tackle you don’t expect to get many sacks, as you mostly clog up the middle for the run game. Martavion Pritcher is most certainly one of the hybrids whom can do both, as he sits at third in the nation with 13 sacks on the year. He’ll be a prospect to look out for over the next couple of years.

    5. OLB Asa McMillon, Ooltewah (Chattanooga, TN)

While the Ooltewah Owls haven’t had the best season by a long shot, it’s certainly not because of Asa McMillon . He has likely been the team’s lone bright spot. Halfway through the season, he leads the state in tackles with 69, along with two forced fumbles and an interception. This tackling machine is on pace for 140 tackles. He’s a dawg, indeed.
