City of Greendale Set for 4th of July Celebration
There are several events scheduled throughout the day Thursday. (Greendale, Ind.) - The City of Greendale will hold its annual Fourth of July Celebration on Thursday. The fun-filled day will begin with the 5K Run/Walk at 8:00 a.m. and will wrap up with entertainment and fireworks at Greendale Park, ending around 10:30 p.m.
Kentucky Man Killed By Fellow Customer In Gun Shop After They Accidentally Shot Him
In a tragic series of events, a Kentucky man died at a local gun shop after a fellow customer accidentally shot him. The customer had been manipulating the firearm. In a statement, the Kentucky State Police's Campbellsburg Post, Post 5, said that the shooting happened in Carroll County on Saturday, June 29. They are currently investigating exactly what happened, but the shooting happened at the Humphrey's Double H Sales gun shop.
Greensburg Woman Killed, Two Severely Injured in Bartholomew County Traffic Collision
A tragic collision in Bartholomew County has left a Greensburg woman dead and two others seriously injured, following a Tuesday afternoon incident involving two vehicles. Local law enforcement responded to the scene near the intersection of E 100 S and S 525 E, at approximately 4:11 p.m., where they discovered both a Chevrolet Impala and Chevrolet pickup truck with extensive damage and occupants trapped inside, according to FOX59.
