Dunham Park shooting that killed one, injured three wasn't random, Sioux Falls police say
Officials with the Sioux Falls Police Department are still investigating the shooting Sunday afternoon at Dunham Park, which left 29-year-old Joshau Allen dead and three others injured. Those injured include a 27-year-old man who was shot in the legs and torso and a 40-year-old man who was shot in the face. Both are considered to have life-threatening injuries. RAPID CITY, S.D. - Rapid City Regional Airport is continuing to expand transportation options for visitors. Turo, a web based car-sharing service, has allowed local registered users to offer their vehicles to visitors since 2022. This peer-to-peer car share allows car owners to advertise on their platform and visitors can reserve that vehicle at a rate set by the owner.
