According to a Geary County Sheriff's Department report, Deputies on Wednesday arrested Jose A. Nunez of Gardner, KS on K-177 Highway at mile marker 75 for Felony Flee and Elude by Engaging in Reckless Driving, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and No Drug Tax Stamp.
