    Body of missing New Jersey swimmer recovered from Delaware River near Milford Beach

    The body of a missing New Jersey swimmer was recovered Saturday evening from the Delaware River near Milford Beach.

    According to the National Park Service, 24-year-old Jeysson Ariel Osorio-Reyes of Jackson Township was last seen around 3:15 p.m., about 75 yards from the Pennsylvania shoreline in Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

    His body was recovered around 7 p.m.

    NPS rangers and dive team members were joined in the search by volunteers from the Milford Fire Department, Milford Ambulance, Port Jervis and Bushkill Dive Teams, and Dingman Township, Sparrowbush and Huguenot Dive Rescue Teams.
