Sensei Farms’ new design cuts plastic use by 93%
HONOLULU (HI Now) - Sensei Farms is launching new lettuce packaging with 93% less plastic compared to its previous form. The more environmentally friendlysolution is made with 91% responsibly sourced bio-based material and does not compromise on quality or performance. The new design also maintains 360º visibility, features a “peel and reseal” closure, and canbreak down flat for responsible disposal. Consumers will be able to find Sensei Farm’s new packaging in stores starting August 2024 at Foodland, KTA Super Stores, Whole Foods Market, Target, Safeway, Don Quijote, DeCA Commissaries, and other local grocery stores throughout the Islands.
