So, I’m 100% Total and Permanently Disabled. I was homeless for two years and the VA told me to Call The United Way. They said that because I was living in my car, I wasn’t homeless but, I was without home ! Gotta love double speak. Meanwhile, where’s my xtra money and how do I get it ?
