HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– The annual Pride Festival of Central Pennsylvania will return to Harrisburg this weekend. According to event details, the event will be on July 27 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Soldiers Grove behind the State Capitol and will host vendors, speakers, and entertainment.
