A Hawaiian poke spot is coming to Pine Brook.

After signing a lease agreement for a 900-square-foot space at Pine Brook Plaza, Poke 46 expects to open soon, according to the property’s exclusive leasing agent, Midland Park-based Azarian Realty Co.

The concept offers dine-in and take-out, serving an assortment of poke made from fresh fish, as well as sushi bowls and bubble tea. The launch comes from local restauranteur Jack Lin, who operates Poke Bowl in Millburn and Poke 22 in Springfield .

At the Route 46 West property in Pine Brook, Poke 46 joins a tenant lineup that includes F45 Training, Nail Connection, Luxe Hair Salon, Taqueria La Unica and Number 1 Chinese Restaurant.

According to Azarian, the 7,941-square-foot strip mall is fully occupied following the addition of Poke 46.
