Took it to the limit

Bob Franklin (left) of Princeton and his buddy Drew Ebeltoft of Oak Grove, took advantage of the first day of the 5-day “Early Teal Season” to bag their limit of 12 teal (six a piece) while hunting on Lake Onamia on Sept. 1. The two claimed there were “a ton of birds out there” and asked if the teal were easy prey, they said, “there is a reason they are called ‘blue rockets,’” because they are so fast.
