The Mitchell Trubisky Injury Could Be Bad News For Ravens, Chargers
The Buffalo Bills string of bad luck continued, as quarterback Mitchell Trubisky reportedly suffered a knee injury during their preseason battle against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The team announced that the quarterback is week-to-week, meaning he could miss the start of the season. Josh Allen is the unquestioned starter in Buffalo so, in a perfect world, Trubisky’s ailment won’t impact on the on-field product once the regular season begins. However, head coach Sean McDermott has always emphasized the backup quarterback job, which means they could be in the market for another passer.
Maryland DOT Helps Seal Regional Commuter Rail Deal
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) – a division of the Maryland Department of Transportation – and Virginia Railway Express (VRE) recently forged a new agreement that allows rail commuters with a weekly, monthly, or 10-trip tickets purchased on either the Maryland Area Rail Commuter (MARC) or VRE system to transfer at Union Station in Washington, D.C., to the other system (MARC-to-VRE or VRE-to-MARC) at no additional cost.

Compass Offers Fall Volunteer Training
Compass will be offering their three-day training session for any individuals interested in becoming a patient care volunteer. The training session is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. October 4, 11, and 18th. The training will be held at our Barnette Center’s Conference room located at 255 Comet Dr. Centreville, MD 21617. Volunteers provide company for patients, relieve the primary caregiver for a short period of time, assist with administration duties, or grief services. Detectives investigate shooting at Baltimore gas station
BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — We are hearing reports of a shooting last night in Northwest Baltimore. Our reporter on the scene said Baltimore Detectives gathered evidence of a shooting outside of the Carroll Motor Fuels gas station at 4101 Patterson Avenue on Tuesday night.
