Sussex Planning & Zoning to review Patriots Glen

GEORGETOWN — The Sussex County Planning & Zoning Commission is scheduled to review the final site and landscape plans of the second phase of Patriots Glen, a planned 128-lot residential community off John J. Williams Highway, Millsboro, during its 3 p.m. Wednesday meeting at 2 The Circle.

The site plan calls for private roads, a gazebo, stormwater management and open space. County staff noted that all agency approvals have been received, and the plan complies with all county zoning and subdivision codes, and all conditions of approval.

The neighborhood will have access to John J. Williams Highway via Constitution Way, and residents of the new phase can use certain amenities of the first portion of the neighborhood, documents state.
