Two people charged for alleged role in Winco parking lot murder
WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (KUTV) — Two people were charged Thursday for their alleged role in the murder of a 17-year-old boy in a Winco parking lot last month. Bevan Kaujianand Mare Biel were each chargedwith one count of first-degree felony murder, one count of second-degree felony discharge of a firearm with bodily injury, one count of second-degree felony obstruction of justice, and eight counts of third-degree felony discharge of a firearm, according to the Salt Lake District Attorney's Office.
