BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - The Bismarck Bobcats announced that Head Coach Garrett Roth will be taking the helm from his long-time friend and hockey partner, Layne Sedevie. The Bobcats’ all-time leading scorer, whose jersey is retired and hanging in the arena, has spent half of his adult life in Bismarck. His wife, Lauren, is also from North Dakota, and they will be bringing their two young children.

Josh Wolters is the owner of JWW Sports Cards and Gaming, he thinks investing in a sports card is like investing in a stock “It’s like the stock market so I mean everyday it can change picking the right things to invest in there’s tons of really good investment opportunities in the industry whether it be on the gaming side or the sports side.”
North Dakota Football Fan Fest is August 22
(KNOX) – North Dakota Football Fan Fest, presented by Midco Sports, is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 22 at the Frederick “Fritz” D. Pollard Jr. Athletic Center and will include the Grand Forks Youth Football Clinic from 6 to 7 p.m. and Football Fan Fest activities from 7 to 8 p.m.
Minot community gathers to ‘Fill the Bus’ with school supplies for local families
MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - Communities across the state are once again doing their part to make sure that students have the supplies they need for the school year. In an effort to collect school supplies each year, the Minot Sunrise Rotary Club has been hosting the “Fill the Bus” initiative for more than three decades now. Their goal, along with other organizations like the Minot Lions Club, is to fill an entire school bus with supplies to donate to the Salvation Army. The nonprofit will then distribute the supplies to families in need.
