Maple River School Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in Tower City
TOWER CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Maple River School District held a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday, August 13th to open the new addition of their school in Tower City. Minot community gathers to ‘Fill the Bus’ with school supplies for local families
MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - Communities across the state are once again doing their part to make sure that students have the supplies they need for the school year. In an effort to collect school supplies each year, the Minot Sunrise Rotary Club has been hosting the “Fill the Bus” initiative for more than three decades now. Their goal, along with other organizations like the Minot Lions Club, is to fill an entire school bus with supplies to donate to the Salvation Army. The nonprofit will then distribute the supplies to families in need.
