Anslem Ike, 25, is charged with second-degree reckless homicide in the Aug. 22 death of Kingsley Ike, 27.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified Kinglsey as the victim on Friday, but it wasn't until criminal charges were filed on Tuesday that the relation between the victim and suspect were known.

Anslem, 25, made his initial court appearance Tuesday morning, where a cash bond was set at $10,000.

According to the criminal complaint, police found Anslem in a group of bystanders when they responded to a 911 call on West Villard Avenue, where the two were staying temporarily with their parents. Bystanders told police Anslem admitted to them he did it and he was arrested.

Police found a knife on the ground nearby, which Anslem later told authorities he used, according to the complaint.

In a police interview cited in the document, Anslem admitted to stabbing his brother twice after he confronted Kingsley over damage Anslem believed his brother did to his TV. An argument ensued with the two fighting outside, with Anslem wielding the knife and Kingsley unarmed.

Anslem told police he was punched twice, and he stabbed his brother, according to the complaint.

The Journal Sentinel could not immediately reach the family for comment.

Cash bond $10,000? Our criminal justice system compromised with these corrupt authorities, judges, court commissioners, and assistant DAs.No insight. A total disconnect and indifference projected at people in general. Do a proper investigation. This incident is a 1st degree intentional homicide.
