    Things to do in Milwaukee this weekend, including TosaFest, Big Bounce America and more

    TosaFest

    TosaFest takes over Wauwatosa's village district again this weekend, with music on three stages, five beer gardens, a KidsFest, food court, contests and more. The proceedings are from 5 to 11 p.m. Sept. 6, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sept. 7. Admission is free. Info: wauwatosavillage.org/tosafest.

    Big Bounce America at Maier Festival Park

    Big Bounce America is bringing its squad of inflatables, including what's billed as the world's biggest bounce house, to Maier Festival Park. Sessions are separated by age group: toddlers (3 and younger), 1-4 p.m. Sept. 6 ($22); kids ages 7 and younger, 9 a.m. to noon Sept. 7-8 ($35); kids 15 and younger, noon to 3 p.m. Sept. 7, and noon to 3 p.m. and 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 8 ($35); and 16 and older, 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 6 and 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 7 ($45).     Silver City Fest

    The 13th annual Silver City Fest sets up along National Avenue between South 32nd and 35th streets from noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 7. Music and arts performers, along with food purveyors, kids' activities and more are on the menu. Admission to the diverse neighborhood's festival is free. Info: viacdc.org/event/scfest .

    Frank Mots International Kite Festival

    The Frank Mots International Kite Festival, with kite-flying performances, kids' activities and more, returns to Veterans Park on Milwaukee's lakefront from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 7 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 8. The grand launch, with more than 600 kites taking to the skies, is at noon both days. Admission is free. Info: giftofwingslanding.com/events.html.

    Pulse, new health fest at Maier Festival Park

    Pulse, a new health and wellness festival staged by Aurora Health Care and Milwaukee World Festival, debuts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 8. There'll be more than 40 fitness classes and other experiences, including cooking demonstrations and youth sports activities. Admission is free. Info: milwaukeeworldfestival.com/pulse .
