Jack's brings back 'Jets Lose You Win' promo, offering free drinks if Aaron Rodgers loses

Jack's American Pub, 1323 E. Brady St., is bringing back its "Jets Lose You Win" promo, created last year to make Packers fans feel better about losing quarterback Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets.

The promo, which gained national attention last year , was popular for the first Jets game in 2023, but then Rodgers tore his Achilles in that game, ending his season.

Jack's then reversed the special in solidarity with the Jets, giving patrons free drinks if the Jets won.

Now that Rodgers is back and starting for the Jets, Jack's is bringing back the original version of the promotion. The Jets' first game is against the San Francisco 49ers at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 9.

Here's how it works: Patrons must get to Jack's 15 minutes before the game starts and stay for the entire game. Rodgers must be the starting quarterback. The bar will pay for your tab if the Jets lose. Top-shelf liquor, shots, food and another items at Jack's are not included. The special is not available if the Packers play at the same time as the Jets.
